Sea Bass has a delightful flavour which stands on its own but also works with stronger flavours and is particularly popular in Thai cuisine. Don’t forget to ask us to scale your fish. Once this is done the skin of sea bass is excellent to eat and becomes deliciously crisp when grilled or pan fried. Sea bass have very few small bones and firm textured flesh which holds its shape well during cooking. They are versatile and can be cooked by almost any method – grilled, baked, braised, poached, fried or steamed!
