(can use monkfish or Cod)

Ingredients serves 4:
3 tablespoons melted butter
750g Halibut
55g pistachio nuts, shelled and finely chopped


1. Brush the melted butter on the fish
2. Shake the nuts over the fish
3- Cook the fish on medium coals for
about 10 minutes turning once
The fish should be cooked through but removed from the heat before it starts to break up. Serve immediately
