Baked Sea Bass (can use Trout or sea bream)
Ingredients serves 4:
4 x Sea Bass gutted
4 tablespoons Olive oil
4 lemons thinly sliced
to sprigs of rosemary
green salad
Method:
1. Preheat oven 200°C, gas mark 7
2. Place trout on an oiled baking tray and Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and rosemary. Season well and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through
